Bostitch® stick nails are designed, engineered and manufactured in four different forms and are generally identified by what holds the nails together â plastic, wire, paper or adhesive. Adhesive collation is used on finish nails and brads for trim and fine woodwork. Finish nails and brads range in length from 3/8â to 2-1/2â with diameters ranging from 15 to 23 gauge. The plastic, wire and paper collated nails are used for general framing and crating applications. Stick nails range in length from 1-1/2â to 6-1/4â with diameters ranging from 0.113 to 0.165 inches.
